A Brand spanking new Gin on the market Mr Michael Gilpin will be in the house to talk us through the prodution and flavour of Gilpins and take us through his rich family history.

Monday 12th March. Tonic water and what does it mean to you? With so many brands now on the market how important is it we choose the right one to match the gin we are drinking. This is an evening to try, discuss and find out! Graphic Bar 7pm for a 7.30m start for the 1st session, 1st come 1st seated per session. Sipsmiths very own Fairfax Hall blew the roof off our 1st Juniper Society of 2012 last night with a record turnout for the event and loads of new faces. Fairfax treated us to an in-depth, informative and informal overview of the brand and the gin. If that was anything to go by, the bar has been significantly raised!
